Habits

Here I will identify and discuss the habits of successful people and how they can be replicated in order to form new habits.

A habit is a behavior pattern acquired through repetition until it becomes automatic as we are no longer aware of performing the routine behaviour.

Significant changes in behavior are not accomplished by just one small adjustment but by making a series of small changes over time.

What habits should I develop?

We've all heard the phrase "We are what we eat." In terms of habits, this means that our habits are influenced by what we do. So, I believe that it is important to develop the habit of eat well, sleep well, and exercise regularly. First, Good nutrition habit is important to keep your body working correctly. For instance, changing soda for water and snacks for vegetables. Next, sleep well is necessary for health brain and a good mood for your day. For example, your brain will work way better if you had an excellent night sleeping. Also, your mood next day will be better if you sleep well at night. Finally, working out is mandatory to keep your body in shape, good Self-esteem, and for your body health. For example, your shape will be fantastic, your Self-esteem better than never, and your health in order as must be.

How habits are formed?

Habits are behaviors that we repeat over and over again. They can be as simple as brushing your teeth every day or as complex as running a marathon. The more often we repeat the same action, the more likely it becomes that it will become a habit. So, they are formed with daily repetition small behaviors and clarity vision of what you want for yourself. Also, with discipline and focus to change any bad behavior is required to form new habits.

The most important way to form habits are discipline, consistency, and focus. First, discipline is a characteristics that helps to keep your organization skill and focus. Next, consistency is key to success in everything you want to do. Consistency is what separate winners from loosers. For example, no one remember the want who quite but the consistency from the winners is always remembered. Finally, focus is part os discipline but is more than that. Focus is say no for almost everything and keep your eyes on the target. All in all, discipline, consistency, and focus is what matters for a habit to be formed.

Can habits be genetic/hereditary?

Some argue that habits are hereditary, while others argue that they are not. It's difficult to imagine how genetics could explain why someone doesn't enjoy running. There is no gene for the enjoyment of running. However, there may be a gene that increases the likelihood that a person will develop the habit of running because it increases the amount of energy they expend during exercise.

Which habits are harmful for health?

There are many habits that people have that can be harmful for their health. The most common one is smoking, which has a number of negative consequences from shortness of breath to lung cancer. Another terrible habits is bad nutrition such as sugar. I can add another harmful habit is about not sleeping well or enough to recover your energy.
